Our production team is really hopping this summer! Less than two weeks after we issued our Bonnie & Clyde Death Car, we're introducing our third Morbid Motors casting!

In 1981, Mattel released the Hare Splitter™, a casting based on the venerable VW® Rabbit™. That same year, a tractor-trailer "released" Harry Chapin, a folk/rock artist driving his VW® Rabbit™.

We're memorializing the 27th anniversary of this tragic crash on the Long Island Expressway by bringing Harry's Hauler® to the Blue Real Riders™ Club! This casting replicates the legendary Taxi driver's own vehicle — including an opening hood, like that shown in the actual crash footage!
